License Plate?

How do you mount the rear plate? On my car there is just two tiny mounting holes, plastic ones.

Use 2 tiny screws, with flange-heads or washers sufficient to retain the plate. Being in NM, you probably don't have much of a corrosion problem, so the screws probably needn't be plastic.
