Hello all-

Just a quick question about changing out the license plate bulbs. I see that there is a little tab on the lense above the plate which looks like it can be pushed in. Is this how the lens housing is removed, or do you have to access the bulbs from the inside of the trunk (behind the liner)? If it is through those tabs can I just use a flat screwdriver to push the tab in and then wiggle the lens loose or is there a trick on removing them? I didn't want to break the tab, hence me not experimenting with it quite yet. One of the bulbs is out so I was going to replace both.

Stick your finger or your swiss army knife on teh tab, it pops out in hand. replace bulb. Easy as pie.

 

Thanks, cosworth! That's exactly the answer I was hoping for but needed a little validation before I went playing around with those lenses.
