Location of the Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

Does anyone know where the PCM is located onthe 2000 S-type?

I have an P0401 error code (insuffient EGR flow) that has popped up after I replacedall the igniton coils and plugs on the vehicle. In checking the manual I have there isseries of electrical teststo determine the fault, one of which is to disconnect one of the connectors at the PCM and measure resistance at the Differential Pressure Moduleconnector behind the intake manifold, but after a quick look I could not find the PCM connector.

the pcm is located passenger side ... under cowl... are you sure you dint disconnect one of the egr sensors?

No, double checked and re-plugged everything.

The engine light is off at start-up and comes on after about an hour of driving but I appreciate the suggestion. I figuremy best bet is to follow the procedure in the manual and see where it leads me. If you have anyone has any other thoughts let me know. I'll follow up once I figure it out and hopefully payback the help to the forum in the future.
