Tbird6 mentions the Lincoln equivalent part earlier in this post. "Ford # 2W4Z-54228A70-AA. About $6.50 each"

Thanks Rob, great write up and excellent pics. I'm reinstalling the 'surround' moulding after repairing it and having a heck of a time. I notice in pic. 12 you say "Pop the handle trim piece back into position over the door handle.", but at this stage the door card is not in place? I don't think it can be fitted before the door card? Is it a big a pain as I'm having to fit this piece?
