While installing new heater core we didn't see a zip tie, by missing it, as we were removing steering column it pulled wires loose from this long skinny board that appears to be a steering wheel position sensor, the other side of the wiring harness almost looks like a phone connector. This is out of my 2004 type S 4.2

any identification would be awesome. If someone has a used one shoot me a number
