So...
I have a problem with my s type supercharged 2002.
I buy it the last year with only 135000 kms.
After the purchase, immediately I go to the garage for a complete checking maintenance with all fluids and filter changed.
I drive it with my car only 1 or 2 time by week.
Now she have 138500 kms.
The last week when I driving, I smell inside the car a bad odor (like a burning cooling liquid), and my car send me the message : cooling liquid down.
Immediately I stop and check it...
I loose in approximately 6 months, 2.5 liters of cooling liquid.
I make the complementary of this and driving only 20 kms more.
After stop, I see smoke and I loose cooling liquid on my motors after the end of air intake.
I try to upload picture and movie for you show it.

You have a broken hose that you need to change.
Which one? Looks like the small one there in your photo but you can tell for sure when you look further.
Be very careful not to overheat the engine as you will do much damage.
You need to remove the air intake plastic inlet to get a clearer look at which hose is leaking and change that hose. It is possible that you may need to replace that whole assembly rather than just the one hose.
Depending on the cars history you will need to change the hose under the supercharger now as well if it hasn't been done yet at that mileage. You may want to think about doing this at the same time. This will be many hours work, so it will be an expensive labour charge, the hose itself is only around $25.
It shares the coolant but via a different circuit - see the workshop manual etc - and there is only the one sensor (in the coolant tank).
So if you had (for example) an airlock in the SC circuit you'd get no specific low coolant warning, whereas if there just isn't enough coolant (perhaps a leak) then you get the one warning no matter which circuit has made the tank too empty.
I'm not aware of anyone managing to get such an airlock, BTW - but there have been cases where the SC pump has failed (with or without a code for that).
