I have read many posts, but nothing definitive. Can you use a lincoln ls back left window regulator on a 2005 jaguar s type r?

 

I believe the Lincoln LS window regulators fit only the pre-2003 S-Types....

 

Jaguar issued answers to that issue years ago.
You might want to read through all the TSBs for you car to see what else is already addressed. They are all on this forum somewhere.

Do your homework about compatibility.

Short answer. Not on a 2005 S type. Only the early 2000-2002 LS and 1999-2002 S type interchange.
