Hi,

I have a 2007 S-Type (3.0) and would like to purchase the attached Mina Body Kit for installation as per attached link.

Jaguar S-Type Special Sport Collection Body Kit for Jaguar S-Type 05-06

Two questions:
1) The Mina item shows it for an 05'-06' S-Type. Will this fit an 07'?
2) Has anyone had this kit installed? If so, can you provide pictures?

Your best bet is to call Mina Gallery and ask. Their customer service is second to none. Too me it looks more like an aero-kit than a body kit, and so my (un)educated guess is that maybe there were some slight changes in the S-Type's bumpers to keep them looking fresh during its 8 year tenure, and so if that is an aero kit (which consists of pieces that go on your existing bumpers and replaces side skirts only) as opposed to a true body kit (which replaces not only the side skirts but the actual bumper covers as well) then they were only design to be added to the counters of that year range. But I could be wrong!

A quick update to my above body kit questions in case anyone is interested for their reference: I talked to Mina Gallery and they mentioned to me that the body kit is copied based on the original Jaguar Sports Body Kit that Jaguar made available in their 2005//2006 accessory brochure. I then called my Jag dealer and the original OEM accessory body kit parts are still available. I went ahead and placed an order for the Black Mesh Grille with a primed surround which will be painted winter gold to match the body color. I am told that the sport front spoiler and rear valance is a clip on part that go over the existing bumpers. I am not sure if the rocker panel moldings from the sports kit are also snap-on over the existing moldings - Jag dealer is checking for me.

I am planning to have the black mesh grille with winter gold surround installed by the local Jag shop in the September time frame. I don't plan to modify the front sport apron and rear valance - - am going to leave these areas factory original.

Am also planning to get a set of Vulcan wheels. Will send pictures also.
