My jag wont start

Hi any help will do. My 2002 Jaguar S-Type wont start there is no fuel pressure. Both of the reset buttons in side the car didnt work. I am going to try to replace the fuse for the fuel its a little burnt on the prongs so i believe its fuel related so any help will do the valet button almost made it start
