Yes, we have daytime running lights. I don't see the difference and wonder if the additional wear & tear is worth the added safety. My Jag has the auto-light on option so I feel as though I should be excempt...

 

All North American S-Type and X-Type imports have daytime running lights. They are turned off for the US market but required by law for the Canadian market. Stop at your local Jag dealer and they can turn them on in five minutes.

The X-Type has to also replace the headlight switch losing the Auto function.

How do I know? I bought an STR and X-Type from TexasCarsDirect.com and imported them to Canada last September.

I highly recommend the Dallas boys. What they represented on-line and over the phone is exactly what I got. Pleasure doing business with them...
