Is Navigation stubbed in?

Is Navigation stubbed in?
Does anyone know if on STR, if it came with the cd and CDC unit non-Nav, did Jag stub in the wiring for the Navigation system?
I'm thinking about upgrading mine to Jag's Nav system (salvage) but don't want to run the cables and on my older 2000 stype they actually had the cables there for hook-up. There is the head unit/screen and the DVD player that goes in the trunk rack.
