Default Need help fuses?!

My cigarette lighter nor the power oulet im guessing thats what it is in the middle concel in a 2005 stype are not working and i dont have a manual book so i need help on where would these fusea are located if thats the problem? Any idea has anyone had this problem?

Off the top of my head I think it's F32 in the passenger compartment.

Passenger compartment inside the car? Under the dash? Couse i look i didnt see anything unless u have to take stuff off to get ro it?
