Default New S-Type R (Missing something under Dash)

Hello Everyone,

I picked up a 2003 Jaguar S-Type R as a project car last week. It is currently in limp mode, and have been inspecting all the natural causes I've found on this forum (leaning toward TPS sensor). However, before I start Buying parts, I wanted to ask you guys on the forum, what I'm missing from under my dash.

There are four harnesses under the Driver's Side Dash that are completely unplugged. I don't see any place for them to plug in, nor do they plug into each other. Please see attached photos...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those may be for features it hasn't got.

Ideas:
0. see #7 (should have been #0)
1. get the full build info e.g. ask any dealer nicely
2. get partial info FordEtis home page (but #1 is better)
3. what codes are there?
4. download workshop manual JTIS free (and look up the codes)
5. TPS is 2 (two) sensors and throws codes if they misbehave - if you haven't TPS-related codes you need to think again
6. use OBD live data and hope something looks wrong
7. have you changed the battery or at least made sure it's perfect (not just good)?
8. you can check JTIS for those connectors if you really want to

Codes Pulled Initially, and what I know about them so far:

P0121 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'A' Circuit Range/Performance
P1582 - Electronic Throttle Monitor Data Available
P0560 - System Voltage Malfunction
P1251 - Throttle Motor Circuit
P0533 - A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input
P1261 - Cylinder #1 High To Low Side Short

B0102
B0112
B0121
B0560
B1122 -
B1216 - Emergency & Road Side Assistance Switch Circuit Short to Ground
B1251 - In car temperature sensor - open circuit
B1637 - Mirror Driver Right Circuit Short To Battery
B1657 - Seat Driver Rear Up Circuit Short To Battery
B1797 - Lamp Headlamp Low-Beam Circuit Short To Ground
B0533
B1260 - Solar radiation sensor - circuit short to battery
B1582 - Dim Panel Increase Input Circuit Short To Ground

P1797 - CAN TCM/ECM Circuit Malfunction
P0706 - Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Performance
P1799 - CAN TCM/ABS Circuit Malfunction

U2523 - ABS Fault Code

The car itself looks good, starts, and runs, idles fine (Definitely running rich, and do hear a ratting at the top of the engine).

It doesn't register in gas, in park, or any other gear.

Navigation screen does not come on, but the DVD does come out of the Nav System in the truck, so I know it has power.

Went through and checked all fuses, (some were missing, and one Diode in the engine was completely melted)

I have not replaced the battery, but it looks brand new.. I suppose I could change it, first.

The battery is critical on these cars. It has to have 12.6 volts. When you have got lots of codes it is always the first thing to check.

+1

Also, some of those look the wrong meanings so make sure you ONLY refer to jaguar info.
