New wheels for 03 Jaguar STR
I finally had my new set of wheels and tires installed last weekend. They are three piece custom wheels from COR Wheels (http://www.corwheels.com/). They gave me a custom offset so that they would sit flush with the body of the car. The wheels are 19x8.5 up front and 19x10 at the rear. They were painted the color of the car along the inside of the spokes and along the back.

Gorggeous!!!!! I'll be sure to rob you the next time I come down for a meet! Have you sold the stock STR wheels yet? If you haven't I think I know someone interested in them.
I haven't had a chance to put them in the classified section yet. Let me know if the person is interested. I was looking at around $750 with tires.
Haha shouldn't be too hard seeing as I'm the person considering them.
I want to take a step up from stock without going all out. Would prefer something with a little lip action, but I'm considering STR wheels as my backup plan since they're a little more affordable (bank hates me right now with the NAV unit I'm installing right now[:-]).

Okay, I'll keep you posted. I'm still in AL doing research for the summer (if they want to call me sitting on Jaguar Forums working [8D]), but I should be getting paid on the 15th, so hopefully I'll have come to a final decision by then. I've been looking at wheels for a while now and the only thing shy of $4000+ custom made wheels I liked was the STR wheels LOL.

Sounds cool- I always wanted to stay out of the country for a year or two, but I'd need to actually have a decent job for that! Maybe a few years after I get my doctorate.

Would it be easier for you if I drove down and picked the wheels up, or if I just picked them up from you at the meet (not sure if you want to tote them around in the trunk/backseat). If you don't mind doing it, I can just pick them up from you at the meet since I live in the Orlando area, then go home and install and come back.
