Default Newbie Question Radiator 2000 S-Type 3.0

OK - this is my 1st Jaguar - bought it an auction for low dollar. 2000 S-Type 3.0 - great body, interior, tires and such - throwing a transmission fault. When I peeked under the car I noticed a crack in the plastic cowling under the radiator - then look at the radiator and saw that it was bent upward in the middle. Seems whomever had it before (i suspect the auction folks) jacked up the car broke thru the plastic cowling and tried lifting the front end. I thought I was looking at the oil cooler -but found that is sandwiched between what looks like either another cooler in the front and the radiator in the back???? Not sure what I'm looking at - The transmission oil cooler is half the size of the radiator and that is not bent. What is bent is the front cooler? What is that and what do I order to get it replaced?

Thanks in advance,

Martin

The Gearbox and PAS fluid coolers are a 'combined unit' (XR83772)
