A few weeks back the CD changer quite transferring any sound to the cabin. It changes CDs just fine, will change track just fine, but no sounds. I have three chargers and all give the same result. The radio plays fine and the in dash CD works. This is a 2003 Boise system, without GPS system. Prior to this the changer worked very well indeed.

My first inclination is that the cable to the front has failed or become disconnected but I thought the combined experience of this board could help. Searching does not reveal any advice that helps. Thanks in advance, John McP

PS, going on 90K and drives like a dream. Love this car and will try to keep it running forever (which for me is not all that much longer).
