OBD codes P4004B here we go again!

On my 2005 S-type 2.7D
The dash warning light just came on
and I get the dreaded "restricted performance" message
car runs smooth up to restricted speed.
I checked the OBD code.. P4004B, of course its not listed anywhere!!
can anyone help!

Is that a typo for P and 4 more rather than 5 more characters?
Be sure to try the UK forum as diesel S-Types weren't sold in USA/Canada/etc.
