Default Paint

Has anyone successfully used a tube of touch up paint and made it look somewhat decent? I have a few chips, done by either a tow truck driver, or tire shop, that Im pretty pissed about. The chips are right behind the drivers side wheel.

Basically I need some input on where to buy Black Jag paint (is it Ford?), and the best way to apply it. I am going to get my front bumper cover re-sprayed within the next few months, but I'd like to just touch these up (with no sanding).

I'd order the materials from Jaguar. They have a two step process that seems like it would be unequaled by the touch-up paint of Ford. The kit only costs about $15 as I recall.

Good call, ordered it for 20 bucks from dealer. Any tips on application? I'm sure it comes with that useless fingernail polish applicator. Obviously want to get it smooth as possible.
