Default Park Brake Fault and Cruise Not Available

I've charged the battery for 24 hours and pulled the EPB fuse in trunk for 15 minutes and put back in, did not help. Also have taken off pos/neg terminals from battery and cleaned and put back in, did not help.

Can I put a battery in from a different car I have to see if that fixes it, or does it have to be the proper battery for that car?

And I am not getting a re-calibrate parking break message at all like I am seeing in other threads.

Thanks!

I reckon you can use another battery to test but longer term it ought to be the vented type and hefty.

Awesome, I will swap one out of my car then. If it fixes it then I will get the proper battery.

Keep us posted as whether a different battery fixes it.

Are you getting issues with the parke brake all the time or intermittent?
