There is a vacuum leak code and looks like every cylinder is misfiring. I would start off check the airbox lid to make sure it is properly seated. They are a known PIA if owners short cut the removal and install. I would also take a look at the MAF sensor located right after the air box lid in the cold air intake tube. Be aware sometimes just cleaning them will help but the majority of the time replacement is needed.

Oh and welcome to the forum!

I asked the mod team to delete your double post in another thread. You posted in a V6 discussion about your 4.2. While you are waiting for more ideas to resolve your issues. I would head over to the "New Member" area and properly introduce yourself to the community per forum protocol. Next to better us help you, help us. Go to any forum page, in the near upper left corner click on "UserCP", scroll down to "Edit Signature" ad your vehicle details such as year, engine etc...click "Save". Your vehicle details will be saved as so many other members here for quick reference. Bobs your Uncle

Do not operate the vehicle under conditions that cause the MIL to flash as catalyst damage is occurring!

Locate and resolve the vacuum leak(s) before you destroy both catalytic converters.

Try not to drive it at all until fixed as cats are costly.
