Default Is it possible? Relay Issue

Is it possible that missing one relay could disturb entire system?

Currently I am having trouble with my wiper which do not work and

I have checked the fuse relays and there two relays on the wipers, relay
11 and 12

11. LH heated windshield relay and heated wiper
relay
12. RH heated windshield relay

I have find out that relay 12 is missing and if one of those is missing,

the wiper could not possibly working?

Do you have the heated windshield wiper park option? If you do you should have a front heat button below and to the left of your defrost button on the HVAC panel. (I'm going to suspect you don't if relay #12 is missing. (or did you remove relay #12 to put it elsewhere?)

Please also provide vehicle info for more assistance.

OP definitely doesn't have heated windshield wiper park option, explaining empty relay socket.

You need to listen! With no car details you won't get proper help.

ok, so it sounds like something has been dislodged and/or a fuse has blown, test the wiper motor wires to see if you have any power going to them, that will tell you if it is the motor or not.
