hi im new to the forum im having trouble with radio afew weeka ago we had to jump start it and the radio was fine but since then have put new battery on and radio is totally dead have checked fues and they seem fine can any one help manny thanks steve

recheck the fuses...all of them. For some strange reason, sometimes fuses for other things affect the radio and lighter and stuff like that. Let me know what you get. Did you go through all the fuses in the trunk?

sorry like i said new to all this its a 1999 s/type 3.0 im also having troube with the lcd which shows milage ect im just in proses of buying second hand unit ,is it true it has to be installed by jag dealeship because they have to programe them thanks steve

Definitly no fuses behind radio. I hate replacing IPK in early S-Types because I always forget about the keys. I replace it realize customer only has one key then have to reinstall old pack again....lol. Simple things always trip you up.
