if an s type's radio works somtimes, sometimes not, but the issue is that it doesn't show the numbers/volume etc.. its just a blank screen, what is causing this and how much will it cost to fix?

ALSO, how much would it cost for new jaguar alarm remote, and program it into the car? thanks.
