Radio switch out?

Radio switch out?
Is there a way I can take out the cassette deck and OEM radio and replace it with am aftermarket one? I don't wanna have to mess with anything in the truck because of the CD player being in there and whatnot. I'm hoping I can just pick up a wire harness from Auto Zone or BestBuy, maybe Amazon.
