I walked out to my 2004 s-type this morning only to notice that someone had grazed the rear bumper. There is slight scratching and some white residue but there is no denting damage... I was wondering if this could simply be buffed out and repainted and if so how much I should expect to pay. Thanks

No need to replace it. You will be priced all over the place. I would take it to at least 3 places and compare the prices and how comfortable you feel that they will do the job you want.
