It's not at the ignition coil. You need to tap off of any of the fuel injectors harnesses. Each one will have a brown and something strip wire for positive, Dark green and something wire for negative.

The dark green is the one you want. Basically this tells the alarm that the car is running.

Take care,

George

No you can tap any of the green wires on the fuel injector harness. You can even go to the PCM. I can post a diagram with pin info @ the pcm if that makes it easier.

Once you take the plastic cover off the drivers side of the engine they should be easily accessible. All you need is one of the wires. Remember all of the injectors pulse each time the engine completes a revolution.

Do NOT cut this wire or use one of those cheezy scotch lock tap things. Take a razor blade and strip the insulation about 1/4" all around the wire.

Then take the blade and separate some of the strands so the wire looks like this:

===-O-=== Where the equal sign is the insulated wire.

Then stick your new wire through the "hole" you created. Twist and solder. Then insulate with preferably fabric electric tape, but regular tape will do.

Take care,

George

Sorry I didn't realize the ground side didn't actually connect to the PCM.

You're going to have to tap one somewhere in the fuel injector harness.

I highlighted the wires in red.

Take care,

George
