Follow advice about checking which circuits are staying on and things like the ignition flap.

 

no circuit is staying active except for a feed to the power relays via the gecm.
ignition switch is unplugged, as is the radio, climate control, light switch, instrument cluster and cd stacker.
All door catches rolled, boot and bonnet switches shorted together and checked via scan tool that gecm sees doors and boot / bonnet closed. as well as seeing the wipers in the park position.
