First I want to say this site has been a blessing. Fixed my AC thru search here. Anyway, next project is my windshield. I have a parts car 2000 S type with a good windshield. Will it fit a 2004 S type. Nether has the heated windshield or the heated wipers.

Second question. What is the best way to remove the windshield without breaking it? Thanks for any help.

 

I can't answer your two questions since I had a "pro" do the work. However I will caution that for the V8 you double check that the rubber seal is firmly against the bottom of the glass so that rainwater does not run down onto the throttle position sensor. My "pro" did not secure it and TPS caused limp mode during a dangerous situation in the rain.
