Default Restricted mode mongoose saying no communication with ecu

Hi guys

I need some advice.

I went for a drive to day and with five km the car went into restricted mode.
I tried to read the codes everything went ok but the mongoose showed that the ids could not communicate with the ecu.

All other diagnostics were preformed no codes.

Can this all be due to the battery not being fully charged the battery is now being charged.

Yes.

Bad battery is often a nightmare.

I have now managed top read the code.
P0332. Knock sensor Left bank.

Found the tests in the Handbook Pin point tests H, but I am unable to find the connector P119.
When I looked in the hand book it looks to me that I have to remove the inlet manifolds to get to the knock sensor.

I am missing something here. I have tried to google it for a picture of where it might be.

Any help here would be much appreciated.

You can see the knock sensor at around 9:30 here it looks like the connector is at the back on the firewall.
You will need to go to you tube to watch the video.

Thanks Norri
Ran all the test and it appears to be alright.

Took the car for a run and it now has no restricted mode.
It likes cleaning the connection was all that I needed to do.

all the best
