Retro-fit rear cupholders

Hi all,
just seen a rear cupholder unit on e-bay from an early s-type.Mine's a 57 model so anybody retro-fitted a unit in the rear seat squab ? Don't want to buy then find not possible.My kid's could make use of this though.
