My jag runs rough I don’t have any error codes I did have a egr fault but that’s fixed now.

I’ve checked the injectors each one has some effect when I disconnect the connectors.
each one has 200 ohms of resistance.

any ideas ?

You'll also have to be a little more descriptive about the issue(s) you have. "...running rough..." could be anything really.
