My 2005 S-Type 4.2L V8 started leaking coolant yesterday and found the issue this little hose thing has cut/opening that is almost an inch long. Went to several auto part stores nobody had a replacement as you'd probably already know.

Can anyone help me locate a replacement part online or know the part number ? I've searched with the numbers printed on the hose no luck.

Not a very good description, but if you do have the part number, check it out on eBay or Terry's Jag.

Or, see post #23 here:

You can also do an emergency repair by splicing in a piece of pipe. Just cut the hose in the middle of the the hole/slice and insert a piece of copper or ABS pipe of roughly the same outer diameter as the inner diameter of the hose past the torn section and clamp it on both ends securely with hose clamps. That at least would get you going until the correct part could be ordered (and sometimes much longer!)

I've also seen other hoses that have the correct bend where you can use one end that has the right bend, cut the rest off. Try that.

See the below!

Download the cat and have a look see for the hose and the part number.
If you are feeling charitable, you could even purchase it from them(SNG USA). 10% off remember?
