I have a 2001 s type with a glove box rattle. The rattle appears to be coming from the latch. The latch is a stationary metal rod and a plastic latch that surrounds the metal rod when the glove box is closed. When the car is driven the vibration from the road causes the metal rod to vibrate and rattle within the plastic latch. Has anyone figured out how to cure this rattle.
