I have a 2003 S-type that I need to replace the visors in. The mirrors overheated and melted the plastic on the first set. I bought a second set and had the same issues - lights staying on even though the visor was in the up position. Found some with little slide levers and thought those would work as they said they fit 2000-2008 or something like that, and then found they did not fit correctly - they were slightly bigger than the ones I took out and rub the headliner when you swing to the side..

Can someone tell me how I can make sure I get correctly fitted visors? Looking for LH and RH Gray visors on eBay...but tired of paying for ones that don't work/don't fit.

If anyone has a source - let me know....

Will 2004's fit ? the ones with the little slide lock?

 

Sorry I went thru this and purchased them from Jaguar. I had the material getting loose from the intense heat.

They were too expensive and I paid over $200 for each one. However they match and work perfectly.

Sometimes you do get what you pay for.
