The C55 is very different, first it has a CLK front end to fit the motor that gives it IMO a much diffrent look then the C. I am 235 and a former linebacker and fit in mine just fine, the rear seats are tight to say the least though.

Chris as for mods good luck. I had pretty much everything you could do to one and made 374rwhp. Now it was NA so lots of Tq and feel strong at all rpms. I had the evosport pulley kit, long tube headers, resonator delete and x pipe, air box and filters, renntech ecu, tcu. I had a 100shot on it to and that woke her right up

An E55 will be my graduation present to myself. I need blower whine. It will join my STR in the stable as it will be paid off then so I'll keep both. Now I just have to graduate. The E55 may end up being a garage queen cause I want to drop it and put some rims on it so it will most likely end up a nice day driver but I want one.
This guys it set up very close to how I'll do mine when the time comes.

On the c55 you can see the ride height is different, big brakes, bumpers, exhaust and lots of amg interior items. It's the parts you can't see that are impressive.
