Enthusiast, check the original post, wont be a the shop until next week unfortunately, probably have numbers that Friday as I am not driving down until tuesday/wednesday. I will update as soon as I can.

WhiteSTR, I know I know, but I had to throw it out there, ha, I wasnt super impressed with the XF's until I saw what was coming very soon, it did puzzle me at first why the first XF supercharged wasnt a "R" but now I am impressed, 500hp in a new jag sounds fun. I guess you could buy a fleet of STRs instead.

Take the money that you save and get headers made, an exhaust and a new chip. You'll have the same power and loads of money for other upgrades.

I agree, but those would have to be the most impressive looking headers I have ever seen. Hell, the factory manifolds barely have any room in there.. I was just working on my power steering and had to make 2 custom wrenches to tighten the fitting for the high pressure hose. It's pretty tight down there. (which is sometimes a good thing, but when your talking engine compartments it's bad) Eric

Still don't know what to do, I will decide when I get back, I had just found a shop that would consider twin turboing the jag. the do awesome work, there welding is art. I would pretty much cancel the variable intake and replace with a 2.5l intake from a cougar. I just pick up an intercoller and some piping. A turbo system should be pretty easy to do, just tuning would be the challenge. I will wait to jagurevan to post numbers and take it from there.

Agreed, but a set of equal length long headers with HPC coating (which will reduce the underhood temp by at least 50 degrees) would add an additional 15HP without effort. Be a bitch to install...
