I have an 03 STR and my darn hood is stuck. When I pull the release, it only pops a little on the drivers side. I can actually reach my hand in and pull the lift lever, but the passenger side will not budge. Does anyone know what I can do to release the passenger side.

 

I've had this on my XJR, pull the release and simultaneously get someone else to push down on the hood near the catch, keep pulling the release and now get them pull up on the bonnet, mine popped up immediately. Good luck.
