STR pulley upgrade

STR pulley upgrade
Looking to get a pulley for my '03 STR. I've seen 2 different ones available. One requires modification to the snout of the supercharger and one doesn't. Is the smaller one worth having to modify the snout? I'm really just looking to make my supercharger louder, power gains aren't my main interest. So if the no mods required one makes a significant improvement, that's what I'll go with.

Ok from my experiance the pully up grade is not what makes more blower volume .
It does however change the pitch of the screem ,
The factory J-pipe has biult in silencer/mufler pods ,
The caldoofy j-pipe replaces this and adds a lot of volume ,
Or you can make your own .
also there is a flap in the air box (wot flap) . You can pin it full open to increase sound also (vid on you tube) .
Or best option is the mina gallery cold air box .combined with the j-pipe upgrade, Let's all the sound out .
By the way the 1.5 pound pulley is better than the 3 pound pulley .
In the sence that the 3psi pulley creates too much iat2 heat and pulls the timing to save it self and results in less power .
