was wondering if anyone knows if the s type r tail lights would fit into a 2000 s type v 8 i like the look of the smoked taillights but dont want it done to mine i want it done from the factory like they come on the str.

 

You may have to do some wiring if the back light socket panel doesn't match up. Jaguar parts .com lists one tail light for 00-02 and another for 03-04 for even the base car. The outer lens looks the same from 00 through 04. In 2005 the tail lights were changed as part of the update, so they are a different shape all together. Might want to get actual pictures or see if there is a way you can test fit first.
