Central locking still unlocks all doors normally (either with remote or manually with key) but everything locks again immediately. Have to instantly grab open a door before they all lock again. Once in, only front passenger side lock opens and shuts all locks normally.
Might be a problem with drivers (RHS) only. Have tried connecting and disconnecting battery. Did a search but no real solutions. Never played up before, just appeared out of the blue.

Have you looked around to see if you where on Candid Camera?

Quite a few threads on this, at least one within days. You'll likely have to replace a lock. It'll be easier than when they stay locked and have to be broken off.
