Trying to make it out to Cecil County Dragway tonight to race in the cold air.

Fees are $15 to race and $10 to watch.

Well it worked out and I am leaving for the track in 30 minutes. Hope to see some more Jags there.

 

The temperature was just shy of 50F with high humidity. Track was horribly prepped. I was not able to get any good launches the entire night and tires even spun when hitting second gear. When your tires spin your elapse time suffers but you trap speed is higher than normal. My best time of the evening was no better than 13.2 seconds with twice braking a trap speed of 109 mph.
