Default Stype front contol arm bushing help with replacement

I can't get the two big bolts to break loose do I need more than a big end wrench? Also the little bar that goes up and down, I'm assuming its a linkage..? It will seem to loosen at the bolt but never unbolted. It just seems to keep spinning but seems like there's no nut to hold on the other side..?

Do you have the JTIS? Lots of good information on repairing your car!

Please get the free factory shop manual. The JTIS (Jaguar Technical Information Service). It's free and you really can't work on the car without it. It's at the top of the forum and is so important that it stays at the top of the list!!
