I'd say your sunroof is getting an erronious signal from somewhere. You might try to reset itto see if that will solve your problem.I'm not saying this will cure it but it won't hurt to try.The resetproceedure is cover on this site I can't remember where so you'll have to search for it.

 

to resetress button to tilt up and hold until the sunroof "flitches" for lack of of a better word, release and press and hold the tilt button again, itll go through a complete open and close and youre done. I would be alittle more concedrn though about the different issues with the doors and windows and sunroof, as it a module is caommanding wrong functions with different inputs. Is the sunroof reprogram doesnt work, do a hard reset with the battery to make all the modules reset to factoey defaults, just like rebooting you pc for lockups, etc. To do this quickly(I should just have this cut n pasted) disconnect the negative battery cable and touch it to the stoll connected positive cable for 10-15 sec( no it wont blowup or spark) this discharges all the capacitors on the car(little batteries that give power to the ecus with the battery disc.) if it wont reach use the wrench you just used to reach the 2 together. This fixes more issues with erroneous or no operation than people realise.
