Did you replace the bulbs with 3rd party (1156/1157 styles) or P21Y?

Jaguar uses the P21Ws in their brake and tail lamps. If you use the 1157s, they will work, but will display an error message. Different resistance in the bulbs; computer still thinks they are burned out. I haven't seen them in Autopart stores, but you can always try around your area. I buy mine online when needed (until going LED that is)

Had the same problem, but my tame auto elec solved it.

Non std bulbs have slightly different fitting lugs on the side - genuine ones have one hi and one lo and slightly offset.

Fit them and the message goes away.
