Thats the exact kit I got. Now that the Hero 2 is out there are some awesome deals coming around for the Hero 1. I got mine for 199. There are differences between the Hero 1 and 2. The main things being the 1 only does 60fps @ 720 and the 2 goes up to 120fps and I think it does this at 720 and 1080. The one shoots 1080 but only at 30fps. I think the footage looks alot better at 60 if you are driving because of how fast the terrain moves by.
I've only uploaded 2 videos using it since it has been cold and I've been swamped with home to film anything else. Just tested the suction cup mount on my helmet so my next venture is to shoot some stuff on my bike.

This one was shot at 30fps @ 1080 but I had to edit it and compress it down to 720 because of software issues. I think the one above looks more fluid so I'm going to keep those settings for future videos.
