Welcome.
The 5R55N is a Ford trans, not a ZF. Same family of transmissions as the mighty Exploder.
I am not aware of a drain plug on the actual convertor???. The last one I saw was on the "Original" S Type with the BW DG Transmission.
Multiple drop and refills is the way I get the system refreshed, as I simply do not like the "flushing" system due to trans failures from the oil shock, but then I am old, and have time on my hands most days. I use 6 times over a week, and it has sorted both our S Types just nicely.
