Default Trans cooler lines/leak

Hay I'm new so I had my trans fluid leaking out of where the lines meets up with the radiator (the bottom line) one so I took the radiator out and disconnected the lines from the car i tryed to put them back in one gose all the way in and sits down but the other one doesn't. it just sits and doesn't sink down is that normal? Anyone know if I should get new lines or a new radiator? Thanks! (I'll upload photos if needed)

Photos works be helpful. Of 03+ model year leaking trans lines are normal. Best to install each line one by one and drop the steering rack for better access.

Mark the top trans line as they look similar.
