Hi Jaguar Fans
Question 1
I Just pulled a transmission form a 2000 S type
I has ford Stamped on it.
Is this the same transmission issued on the 2002

Yes it's a Ford 5R55N, it changed to a ZF unit in 2003. (2002.5 in UK)

how do I remove transmission on my 2001 s type

I got all bottom bolts off but how do I reach the top six bolts?? Can't even see them....hheeeeellllppppp

Same as any other transmission bolts.

Extensions. U-joints. Some more extensions if needed. And some more U-joints.
