i notice i can get access to the bolt from the wheel area but two of the nuts are hidden one in the brake pump area and the other one same area oppositte side. my question is can i use my impact gun on the bolts to get them loose instead of the nuts? i always been told to loose them from nuts side. also to torque them can i torque them from the bolt end instead of the nuts side?

No. Loosen the nuts. You may have to move some brackets and it's not too easy.

I had more trouble getting the new ones properly tightened because I barely had room to get anything in there and no torque wrench for sure!!
