I'm actually wearing 255/40/19's all the way around, so it looks like I would have a little room to play with, just have to make sure they wouldn't push the tyres out to far...
@390HPTypeR Thanks for the original post from 17 years ago! I recently started researching wheel spacers, particularly their safety, and found Reddit and Quora discussions incredibly insightful due to their diverse perspectives.

From my research, wheel spacers are indeed safe. I opted for hub-centric spacers over lug-centric ones since I’m keeping my stock 16x7 wheels with 225s all around, which should provide enough clearance. I appreciate the wider stance without going overboard. While the general consensus suggests there isn’t a significant handling difference, most of those opinions come from enthusiasts relying on "butt dyno" results.

That said, I’m considering installing these spacers—probably 5mm or 7mm in width:

. Paired with H&R Sport Springs, I expect the wallowiness to be nearly eliminated.
